Isata Kanneh-Mason is the recipient of numerous awards, both as a solo artist and as a member of the Kanneh-Mason family. Her debut album of music by Clara Schumann entered the UK classical charts at No.1.

Monday 1 August marked a special occasion for the BBC Proms with 8-Bit to Infinity. Under conductor Robert Ames, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra performed the very first video game music Prom to an enthusiastic crowd of game music fans and newcomers alike, guided by presenters Louise Blain and Steffan Powell.
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra brought the soundworlds of generations of beloved games to the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday 2 June, in partnership with Classic FM, with music from Kingdom Hearts, Fortnite, The Legend of Zelda, Hades, Fallout and many more games performed alongside a spectacular light show.
The 2021-2022 season was a milestone for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Our first full season of concerts in London and across the UK since the pandemic, not only did we celebrate 75 years of music-making since our inaugural concert in 1946, we also welcomed Vasily Petrenko as our new Music Director.
