Please help us make a difference
Our target: £35,000

Following the exciting news published last week about the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s (RPO) participation in this year’s Big Give Christmas Challenge between 28 November and 5 December, the Orchestra is pleased to announce that its upcoming concert at Cadogan Hall on Wednesday 29 November will become the RPO Big Give Christmas Challenge Concert.

Featuring a dynamic programme of music including Sibelius’ Violin Concerto played by superstar violinist Francesca Dego, the concert will mark the beginning of the RPO’s campaign to raise funds for its series of Relaxed Performances.

The RPO Big Give Christmas Challenge Concert will raise awareness for this important fundraising initiative and shine a light on the value and impact of the RPO’s Relaxed Performances which are specially tailored for people of all ages who have a variety of accessibility needs. The audience at Cadogan Hall on 29 November will be invited to participate in the Big Give Christmas Challenge either by making a donation, or by helping the RPO spread the word about the campaign.

Every donation to the campaign will be doubled thanks to the generous support of an RPO benefactor and the Reed Foundation, and supporters will have the satisfaction of knowing that their one donation will have twice the impact.
