Second Violin

As a Leverhulme Scholar at the Royal College of Music Junior Department, Charlotte Ansbergs lead the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, and went on to study at the Royal College of Music under Hugh Bean and Felix Andrievsky.

After spending her postgraduate years at the Royal Academy of Music with Howard Davis, Charlotte freelanced with English National Opera before joining the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. She has taught the violin at St Paul’s Girls’ School since 2008.

In her free time, Charlotte loves gardening and days out in the country visiting gardens; horticulture was very nearly a career choice!

Charlotte gratefully acknowledges the support of her Chair Partner, The Bartlett Foundation.
