Second Violin
Stephen Payne grew up in Bromley, where he started learning the violin with Andreas Nicolaou at the age of four.
After reading mathematics at the University of Bristol, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma at the Royal College of Music under Levon Chilingirian OBE, and he went on to join the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's Second Violin section in 2011.
In his free time, Stephen enjoys cooking and playing tennis.
