Join us in the spectacular surroundings of the Royal Albert Hall for these special concerts, which have become a festive favourite over the years and 2021 is certainly no exception.  This year, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Richard Cooke, along with the Royal Choral Society and the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain will sing the world’s favourite carols, with organ accompaniment on the Voice of Jupiter – our 9,999 pipe organ.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the Hall to enjoy your favourite traditional carols and modern festive arrangements once more!

This relaxed performance with a less formal environment may particularly benefit autistic people, those with learning disabilities, those with dementia, or anyone who may prefer coming to the Royal Albert Hall with the following measures in place:

  • Extended wheelchair platform
  • British Sign Language interpreter
  • Removal of any sudden loud sound effects
  • Public doors open earlier
  • Additional friendly members of staff to answer your questions
  • Dedicated ‘chill-out’ spaces around the building
  • Mobiloo facility (equipped with an electric hoist, changing table, toilet and wash-basin)
  • All hand driers switched off in toilets to reduce noise levels (paper towels provided)
  • Pre-visit accessible resources available to download (e.g. visual story)
  • Relaxed refund policy
