Venue information

Located on Kensington Gore in the heart of South Kensington, the Royal Albert Hall opened in 1871 in memory of Prince Albert and was designed to be a grand 'Central Hall of Arts and Sciences'. Since then it has welcomed countless performances — from classical music and opera to rock, dance, award- ceremonies, community events and more.

The nearest Underground station is South Kensington. Nearby bus routes include 9, 10, 52, 70 and 360 from Hyde Park Gate.

For those driving, there is nearby parking at the Imperial College campus (approximately a 5-minute walk) and other local options.
