Ticket bookings
Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the customer to purchase tickets subject to Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s terms and conditions.
The customer is entirely responsible for entering their details correctly during the booking process and must ensure that all details supplied are true and accurate.
The customer is responsible for informing Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of any changes to their details once the booking is concluded.
All tickets booked online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Royal Philharmonic Orchestra reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they have received their tickets and that the tickets issued from Royal Philharmonic Orchestra are accurate. Please check tickets carefully for the correct performance, date and time. If you have any enquiries email marketing@rpo.co.uk.
Postal tickets cannot be posted to non-U.K. addresses. In this case, please select e-tickets as your delivery option.
Proof of identification must be shown when collecting tickets from a venue.
Royal Philharmonic Orchestra tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain other than by Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s Box Office or an authorised ticket agent. Tickets will become void if this is found to be the case.
Please note, the reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to have been sold via websites such as Viagogo, TicketsNow, StubHub or eBay, for example, will be cancelled without refund and you will be refused admission.
Ticket prices may be adjusted in real-time and will reflect the most current price for each performance based on demand. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Under-18 tickets are valid for those who are aged 17 or less on the day of the concert that they have booked for. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Transaction fees
Any transactions made through the RPO website with a total value of more than £0 will incur a £4 transaction fee. You will be notified of all applicable fees prior to purchase.
For group bookings of up to 9 tickets, a £4 transaction fee applies. For group bookings of 10 or more, a £1 fee per ticket applies (capped at £30 per booking).
Refunds
If a performance is cancelled, we will offer a refund for tickets purchased through the RPO box office. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds for tickets. However, tickets can be exchanged for a credit voucher equal to the value of the tickets, or tickets for selected RPO performances at Royal Albert Hall or Cadogan Hall, which is promoted by Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Ltd (subject to availability) up to five (5) days before a performance. Credit vouchers are valid for bookings made via the RPO box office for selected RPO performances at the Royal Albert Hall or Cadogan Hall within one year of the date of issue. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Reservations
Reservations can only be made for group bookings of 10 or more tickets. Tickets can only be reserved until two months before the performance.
Memberships
As a member you are entitled to the benefits as listed on the Membership page of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra website, subject to availability. The RPO retains the right to change these benefits.
RPO Club membership
RPO Club membership benefits apply to RPO ‘own-promotion’ concerts at Cadogan Hall and our Vasily Petrenko series at the Royal Albert Hall and Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall.
An RPO Club membership is a 12-month membership and is valid from the date of purchase. By signing up to the RPO Club with payment either monthly or annually, you are committing to a full membership term of one year, paid in either one annual or 12 monthly instalments. If the full term of membership is not paid, the RPO reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased with the RPO Club discounts and refuse to fulfil any further benefits.
RPO Club tickets for Cadogan Hall and Royal Albert Hall concerts are available to book via the RPO website until 48 hours before the concert begins. Southbank Centre bookings need to made directly at the venue using the promo code sent to you in your membership welcome email. To book RPO Club complimentary tickets at the Southbank Centre, please contact the RPO by email or phone.
RPO Brent membership
RPO Brent memberships are free and are available to anyone who lives or works in the London borough of Brent. Members are required to confirm their home or work postcode at the time of completing the online membership order.
An RPO Brent membership is valid for three years. Membership must be renewed after three years for benefits to remain valid (an automated reminder will be sent).
There is a limited allocation of discounted RPO Brent tickets available for RPO London Season concerts, subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure discounted tickets. RPO Brent tickets for Cadogan Hall and Royal Albert Hall concerts are available to book via the RPO website until 48 hours before the concert begins. Southbank Centre bookings need to made directly at the venue using the promo code sent to you in your membership welcome email.
RPO Brent Under-18 members must be aged 17 or younger at the time of the concert they are attending to qualify for complimentary Brent membership tickets. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
All RPO Brent discounted tickets should be used by someone who lives or works in the borough of Brent. The RPO may ask any Brent member or their guest for proof of address and/or employment at any time. The RPO reserves the right to cancel any Brent membership for abuse of the scheme at any time.
RPO Under 30s membership
An RPO Under 30s membership is a free, 12-month membership and is valid from the date of purchase. Members must be aged between 18 and 29 years of age upon joining and are required to confirm their age at the time of completing the online membership order.
An RPO Under 30s membership is valid for one year. Membership must be renewed each year for benefits to remain valid (an automated reminder will be sent).
There is a limited allocation of RPO Under 30s tickets available for RPO London Season concerts, subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure discounted tickets. RPO Under 30s tickets for Cadogan Hall and Royal Albert Hall concerts are available to book via the RPO website until 48 hours before the concert begins. Southbank Centre bookings need to made directly at the venue using the promo code sent to you in your membership welcome email.
All RPO Under 30s discounted tickets must be used by someone aged between 18 and 29.
Continuous Authority
If you decide to pay for a membership on an annual basis with a continuous payment authority (CPA), following your initial year of membership, your membership will then automatically renew for a successive 12-month subscription term, unless you notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to the end of your current subscription term using the contact details provided. If you would like to cancel your membership or have any questions, please email marketing@rpo.co.uk.
To enable CPA, we store your card details for use in a future transaction. This is carried out in compliance with PCI-DSS and in a way that none of our staff members are able to see your full card number. We never store your 3- or 4-digit security code.
Group and school bookings
Tickets booked in a group of 6 or more for selected London performances may be eligible for ‘group discounts’.
Tickets can be reserved until two months before the performance. At this point final numbers must be confirmed and payment made in full for all tickets that will be purchased.
Group booking discounts are subject to availability.

Some prices may be subject to change without notice.
Children must outnumber adults in school bookings.
Please note that the final discount offer will be calculated on the final number of tickets booked, not the number of tickets reserved.
