From the intimacy of the Cello Concerto to the sweeping choral power of The Music Makers, this is an unmissable chance to hear two of Elgar’s masterpieces.
Elgar’s Cello Concerto in E Minor remains one of the most moving works ever written. The Music Makers is a grand choral piece celebrating art and imagination, weaving earlier themes into a choral canvas brought to life by Brighton Festival Chorus.
This is Elgar at both his most introspective and his most visionary.
