Experience an unmissable evening of sweeping orchestral music with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and violinist Francesca Dego. The programme opens with Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis, a soaring masterpiece of rich harmonies. Dego then takes the stage for an expressive rendition of Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto. The night concludes with Tchaikovsky’s dramatic Symphony No.5 performed with the full spine-tingling force of this world-class orchestra.
