Christmas Cracker (Matinee)

It wouldn’t be December in Chelsea without the RPO’s annual Christmas Cracker – it’s as much a part of the season as panto, pigs-in-blankets and the King’s Road window displays! So join us for our annual celebration of all things festive: a mouth-watering spread of Yuletide music old and new. There’ll be well-loved tunes, seasonal classics and a few magical surprises, as conductor Stephen Bell and star West End vocalists Katie Birtill (Priscilla, Queen of the Desert) and Oliver Tompsett (Wicked, We Will Rock You) launch the celebrations with a swing. It’s wrapped in silk (and tied with a bow) by the luxurious symphonic sound of the full Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Pure indulgence for the whole family – so go on, treat yourself. It’s Christmas!

Large print versions and digital formats of the programme for this concert are available on request for customers with accessibility requirements. Please email your request to Doran Crowhurst crowhurstd@rpo.co.uk at least one full week before the performance.
