We are sorry to announce that Alena Baeva is unable to perform on Saturday 29 October due to unforeseen circumstances. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is extremely grateful to Irene Duval for stepping in to perform at such short notice.
We are delighted to return to Guildford's G Live in a celebratory programme that includes three masterpieces – Dvořák’s rumbustious Carnival Overture, Mendelssohn’s gleaming Violin Concerto and Tchaikovsky’s epic Fifth Symphony. Jamie Phillips will conduct with the vibrant violinist Irène Duval as the soloist.
