Join the world-renowned Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in a fun-filled relaxed concert especially for families with children and young people with additional needs. A 25-piece orchestra will take you on a voyage of musical discovery, exploring the world of orchestral music through classical masterpieces alongside well-known TV and film themes. Chase bumblebees, watch out for pirates and look out for other surprise guests too!
This concert is relaxed, so it’s perfect for young people who may need to move around, vocalise or just listen to the music, and if it all gets too much there will always be somewhere to chill out. At the end of the concert you'll also be able to meet the musicians and even have a go at playing some instruments!
Orchestras Live Sound Around is presented in association with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal & Derngate and Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust, and is supported by Strategic Touring Funds from Arts Council England.
