Join musicians and leaders from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for a fun music project for young people with vision impairments this summer.

Young people aged 11–25 are invited to take part in a three-day music project where they will be given the opportunity to meet professional musicians, try out instruments, and devise their very own pieces of music about ‘Taking Control’. At the end of the three days, participants and professional musicians will perform their brand new pieces for family, friends and invited guests.

No musical experience is required to take part and instruments and resources will be provided, but young people already able to play an instrument are encouraged to bring it along!

This project is a partnership between the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Royal London Society for Blind People (RLSB). It is generously supported by M&G Investments.
