Texts from Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Anne Frank (amongst others) are featured in Karl Jenkins’ most recent choral work The Peacemakers.

Here, the RPCO collaborates with the Cantamus Girls Choir and Nottingham Trent University Choir to perform the composition, which is dedicated to the memory of those who have lost their lives during armed conflict.

The second half of the concert brings a performance from virtuosic young pianist Joseph Moog, who, as twice winner at of an International Classical Music Award, has been hailed as ‘the most interesting interpreter of his generation’.

With a rousing finale of I was glad with the 200+ strong choir, this is a highly anticipated concert!
