The name’s Bond… James Bond. Along with those immortal lines, the music of James Bond spanned generations and become iconic. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will be bringing this music to life right here in Ipswich. Presented by A View to a Kill Bond Girl Fiona Fullerton, this concert will leave you perfectly shaken… not stirred.
This concert will bring you the best of Bond, from the seductively soaring strings of Diamonds are Forever and The World is Not Enough, to the powerhouse vocals in Goldeneye and Goldfinger. You’ll be able to hear the romance laced theme songs such as For Your Eyes Only and Nobody Does it Better, alongside 80s hits A View to a Kill and The Living Daylights.
And of course, no James Bond concert would be complete without John Barry’s iconic opening theme which is as much a part of Bond as Martinis, guns and girls. So join conductor Gareth Hudson, Vocalists Alison Jiear and Simon Bowman, and special guest presenter Fiona Fullerton (A View to a Kill) to an evening you’ll never forget.
