The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will accept return of an item within 7 days as long as it is unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. When returning items please ensure a note is enclosed giving the reason for return and the Worldpay reference number. If there has been no error on our part, then we will not refund postal charges.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra we will refund the postal charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please ensure a note is enclosed stating the exact nature of the fault (including track/time where applicable) and the Worldpay reference number; in the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item and to recover our expenses from you. We will exchange the faulty item for another copy where possible and will refund the purchase price and postal charges only in the event that a replacement is not available.
