Whether you take the four Opus 60 concerts in bite-size instalments or raise a glass to the whole banquet of music and food, the opportunity to hear Dvorak's symphonies (or any one of them) in concert should not be missed, especially when balanced by a selection of Mozart’s most delectable concertos as mouth-watering entrées.
