VERDI Requiem

Following the sell-out performance of Mahlerís 8th Symphony with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in 2011, the Vivace Chorus returns to the Royal Albert Hall with the RPO once again, conducted by Jeremy Backhouse.

Joining them will be more than 400 singers from the London Philharmonic Choir and the Twickenham and Wimbledon Choral Societies. These massed vocal forces will give a performance of the powerful and moving Requiem by Giuseppe Verdi, perhaps one of the most loved pieces in the entire choral repertoire, and perfectly suited to the Royal Albert Hallís stunning acoustics. Join us for another memorable musical evening.
