For your enjoyment and ease, the RPO have organised three special packages to help cater for all your needs. Prices start from just £80, including premium tickets in a box.
BOX CATERING PACKAGE:
Package includes Royal Albert Hall concert tickets in a private box and a souvenir programme for all your guests. Refreshments will be supplied to your box.
Catering includes a small selection of canapés, half a bottle of red or white wine per person, bottled water and orange juice.
Minimum of 4 people required. Package price: £80 per person
SILVER CATERING PACKAGE:
Package includes premium tickets in a private Royal Albert Hall box, a souvenir programme and an RPO CD for all your guests. Refreshments will be supplied to your box.
Catering includes a selection of finger food, half a bottle of red or white wine per person, bottled water and orange juice before the concert. Tea and coffee, accompanied by dessert, will be supplied to your box for the interval.
Minimum of 8 people required. Package price: £125 per person
PLATINUM CATERING PACKAGE: Out to impress!
Start the evening in first-class style with a champagne reception, followed by a two-course dinner (accompanied by wine, bottled water and orange juice) in a designated suite. Steward or host escort to your seats for the start of the concert.
Enjoy the performance from premium seats in a private box. Tea and coffee, dessert and fruit will be supplied to you during the interval.
This package also includes a souvenir programme (including corporate accreditation), an RPO CD for all your guests, the opportunity to meet members of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, plus four complimentary tickets to a future RPO concert for the event organiser / company. In additional, there is the option to advertise in the programme for that evening’s performance at a specially discounted rate.

A Royal Philharmonic Orchestra concert is the perfect occasion to impress and entertain your guests. Corporate hospitality at the Royal Albert Hall is exceptional, with its spectacular auditorium and unique tiers of private boxes (seating 5, 8 or 12 in each). Companies may entertain from 5 to 300 guests and a designated representative at the RPO office will help organise your event from start to finish.
